Darker Gods is a conceptual album that accompanies my exhibition Darker Gods in The Garden of Low Hanging Heavens, the first chapter of the Darker Gods epic. It is the soundtrack to a dimension of gods that embody different aspects of Black culture, tropes, and experience. With features from Samora Pinderhughes, Karl Livingston, Tonia Saputo, and Tef Poe, I craft a sonic landscape that welcomes us to a new world of Black gods and goddesses.
